MUJI Australia is committed to providing high-quality products; however, if you change your mind or receive a faulty item, you can return it within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in their original, resaleable condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all original MUJI price tags attached. Please note that hygiene-sensitive items like underwear and earrings cannot be returned for change of mind.
Gather Documentation
Locate your original tax invoice or register receipt as proof of purchase. For online orders, please print a copy of your order confirmation email to include with your return.
Choose Return Method
You can return your items to any physical MUJI store across Australia for an immediate exchange or refund, or mail them back to our online distribution center at your own expense.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is processed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
